What is grief & loss?
Grief is the strong, emotional, internal response we experience after a loss. It is often traumatic and transformative. Those in grief may feel broken, but they are not broken and do not need to be fixed. They need empathy, genuineness, honesty, respect, and a safe space to share and process their pain. Each individual experiences and expresses grief in their own unique way.
Would I benefit from grief therapy
Seeking support from people who are able to bear witness to your pain, thoughts, and feelings can help.
